Nature can be a very interesting and yet scary thing in the world, but this is probably the first time I have ever created an art piece out of nature. My inspiration for creating this piece were the interesting fall colors that caught my eye, as well as the many I have seen in the past. The goal for this piece was to create different shapes within the the artwork. As I started I didn't know where I was going with it, but then as I went on I decided that I wanted to create a shape out of the rocks and sticks or some sort of swirl. In this process not to many risks were taken, but I did think outside the box when creating in terms in creativity, and shapes. This art piece conveys the feeling of fall and the different colors and shapes the represents fall, and how fall would make a person feel, in fact if you didn't notice I did this on a gloomy day to convey even more of a fall feeling. Lastly in this in this process I gained new skills in not only just basic art work, but the simple ability to create artwork out of almost anything, this also helped me build my creative skills as well. I really enjoyed this creative piece with nature and being able to go outside to do it, I might just do more for fun in the near future, but one new thing that I did learn about myself is that I really like being outside to do art. It really keeps my mind calm and creative.
